Jeremy got the fault code and did replace a sensor. No fault code had been found in several previous visits to my home dealer. Got me back to Knoxville, TN. When I had my vehicle serviced on last year, they provided a loaner, but it was a small C-Class. I drive a ML 350. I think loaners should be as close as possible to the size of the actual vehicle unless of course it is one of those huge buses."

Time is taken to explain every aspect of the visit from wait time, to necessity of service and remedy, to itemization of the bill. I honestly cannot imagine a better experience, so I cannot suggest recommendation for improvement. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE having a CLEAN car returned to me, always better than when it was delivered!"
