Had to wait for a second key after I left dealership. Found in mechanics tool box.Numerous calls to have the key mailed to me. No manuals in the glove box. Slight tear in the drivers seat. Not good prepping. No return calls from manger or sales person. I would not recommend buying a car hear.

I am very happy with their service department. I had my car serviced today. Robert from the service department explained everything to me in great detail. He greeted me when I brought my car in and explained everything to me that will be done. He also kept me up-to-date on the status of the service work. They washed the car before I picked it up, and at pickup Robert reviewed with me everything that was done.
Poor service response. A lack of customer service. Defensive in their explanation of mishandling the work.
They always do a great job. Angie did a wonderful job from start to finish.
First they can't get my name right. Second, every time I go to pick up the car the work has not been completed. The service department is absolutely clueless.

Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head is simply the best local dealership all the way around! Recently purchased a new GLE 450 from Nick for my wife’s birthday gift.. When we arrived at the dealership, the GLE was all polished up on the showroom floor with a big bow on top! Nick our sales agent, Mr. Partridge the sales manager, and Ms Vickers the service manager all came out to congratulate my wife and to wish her a happy birthday! That is what I call outstanding customer relations.
Received my car back filthy. Not the service I should expect from Mercedes Benz. They offered to bring it back and clean it but 26 miles at $5 a gallon, not really worth it. May seem small, but you expect better from Mercedes Benz.
Traveling through the area and had a problem while on the road. Walked in with no appointment and the service representative was spectacular. They had the part in hand and had me repaired and out the door within an hour. I couldn’t say better things about this service department! Top notch.

Buyer beware!! Bought an Audi A5 convertible. Had it shipped. No one seemed to mention the inner headliner was falling in, the radio volume knob and shaft were broken. Was told I should have looked at the pictures better. Buy some glue and fix it myself?? Should be able to fix radio with 3D printer??? This place is a joke. Cost me $1200.00. Zero response form the general manager..

Picked up car after getting 4 new tires. Almost immediately after leaving dealership, got low tire pressure warning on dashboard. One tire was at 25 psi, other 3 were at correct pressure of 36 psi. This is sloppy work.

Had to have a “B” service on my car. From scheduling to service, to picking my car up after was AWESOME. A service person called me the evening before an 08:30 service appointment and told me they had a loaner for me and I could drop my car off (the evening before). I went to Mercedes of HH for B service on my E63s. I was hit with the dreaded 177 motor rear main seal leak at 40k miles. This is a common thing problem that is well known by MB. One with a service bulletin by MB and known by NHTSA. This repair is upward of $8k
I opted to hold off and contact MB corporate To see if they would stand by their flagship motor and offer goodwill towards the repair. They did not. In disappointment and frustration I opted to go to an aftermarket shop.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my recent experience with Mercedes, specifically concerning a service issue I encountered with my S580. I received a low-battery warning and a notification that the vehicle required servicing. While I was leaving to New Jersey the next day, I decided to visit a service center for assistance.

Abigail was great. Professional and efficient. She ordered the tires I needed and she was able to get them the same day.
Excellent service and very accommodating staff. Angela went out of her way to find a loaner vehicle when I required extra time from unanticipated issues.
Service department is not efficient, repair time was twice as long as the service advisor said it would be. He would not answer texts or phone calls. I ended up going to the manager “Monica” who was very helpful and apologetic.
Service department was quick to arrange an appointment to evaluate a tire problem. The problem was identified and tire replaced in a reasonable time. They applied the tire warranty so the cost was minimal and a new tire installed.
Prompt service with good old fashioned manners. I plan to continue to do business with this dealer.
